This 3days Calving safari is designed specifically to focus on and to increase your chance to see the great wildebeest migration where thousands of young wildebeest take their first steps in the southern plains of Serengeti. Between the months of December to March you will witness thousands of wildebeest across the plains, Predator action and its peak with great sightings of cheetah, lion, hyena and leopard and a very good chance to see adrenalin packed kills.

Itinerary idea in detail
Upon arrival at Arusha Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by one of our experienced driver guides who will drive you to Ndutu for your reserved hotel. If you will have time and energy on the way you will observe some animals.
Ndutu provide a best wildlife viewing during the green season, which is around December up to March, Ndutu is found on the southern part of Serengeti plains where around 8000 wildebeest babies are born every day, there area is mostly covered by forest of acacia trees, also Ndutu is the best place to spot six species of cat – leopard, lion, cheetah, caracal, African wildcat and serval.

After breakfast, collect lunch boxes and on this day, you will take time to enjoy and learn how animals survive in the wilderness during calving season, of which during this period thousands of wildebeest give birth to their young ones will hunted by deadly predators.
