Our 3Days/ 2Nights Mikumi National Park and Udzungwa Mountains National Park Safari explores Mikumi National Park located in Southern Tanzania in Morogoro region about 320 kilometers from Dar-es -Salaam and Udzungwa Mountains National Park located southwest of Mikumi National Park about 65 Kilometers (40 miles).

Itinerary idea in detail
Early in the morning at 5:00am we will pick you from your hotel, you will take a coffee/breakfast at Kwa Msola hotel on the way to Mikumi national park, you will arrive on time at 11:00 am and start a game drive. After lunch proceed with afternoon game drives in the park a home to Elephant, Lion, Wild dog, Zebras, Hyena, Buffalo, Wildebeest, Eland, Hartebeest, Crocodile, Lizard and other residents. Over 300 species of birds have been observed in this park. Dinner and overnight will be at Mikumi cottage/mikumi bandazi inside a park. To stay inside a park will help you to see animals all the time and make a sun rise game drive which starts at 6:00 am and which help you to see many animals earlier in the morning.
Enjoy an early morning game before breakfast at 6:00am continue with morning game viewing. This is a best time for game viewing as most of the killings take place around this time. Our professional guide is always happy to share with you lots of hidden secrets in the Mikumi, why Mikumi shall never die, how Darwin’s theory, survival of the fittest applies in the Serengeti and much more, then after drive to Bastian Camp for short rest and swimming in a nice swimming pool to cook your board after a long day drive in the park. Overnight at Mikumi Bastian Campsite.
An early morning visit Maasai village near Mikumi National Park where you will be able to learn about their life style, enjoy dances, and even buy some Maasai gifts for your family. Then drive back to Bastian Camp for breakfast and pack your staffs for the trip back to Dar es salaam.
