It is situated in southern Tanzania in the Morogoro region, about 320 kilometers from Dar es Salaam. Itinerary idea in detail
Early in the morning at 05:00 AM, our driver will pick you up from your hotel and drive to Mikumi National Park, with a packed lunchbox included, the drive will take you about 6 hours to be in Mikumi.
You will arrive at 11:00 AM and start on a game drive. After lunch, proceed with an afternoon game drive. This park is home to elephant, lion, wild dog, zebras, hyenas, buffalo, wildebeest, eland, hartebeest, crocodile, lizard, and other residents. You can also observe the more than 300 species of birds found in this park.
Dinner and overnight will be at Camp Bastian outside the park.
Main Destination: Mikumi National Park
Before breakfast at 06:30 AM, experience an amazing early-morning visit to a Maasai village near Mikumi National Park. Here, you will learn about their lifestyle, enjoy dances, and even buy some Maasai gifts for your family.
After having full experienced Maasai tour you'll have breakfast and later start driving back to Dar es Salaam at 10:00 AM.
