Your safari starts at 06hr00 and fly direct to the great Nyerere National Park.

Itinerary idea in detail
We’ll arrange a pick up from your hotel in Zanzibar based on your Location (04hr00 out of stone Town or 05hr00 in Stone Town)! You’ll then fly from Zanzibar to Nyerere National Park at 06hr00 for 45 Minutes. Pick up by our driver guide at Airstrip then proceed to the lodge for check-in then depart for full day game drive exploring Nyerere NP.
You’ll enjoy great animal sighting including all the great favorite lions, elephant, giraffe, buffalo, zebra and all the other major species including the now rare African hunting dog. You will also see a large variety of birds, wonderful scenery with varied topography including wetlands, dry grassland, light acacia forest and higher ground with vast views of far off mountains.
Picnic lunch shall be provided to you in the noon (13hr00) before advancing with a game drive for the rest hours.

Early in the Morning after breakfast at 06hr30 from the camp and start the sunrise bush walking. Walking safaris are a fantastic way to get close to nature and learn more about the smaller species and the bush itself. It’s an unforgettable experience to walk within such a vast and untamed area of natural reserve. The walks take about 2-3 hours long, return at 08hr30 for breakfast!
After breakfast at 10hr00, advance to the Great Rufiji River for a wonderful boat tour for 2.5 hours so you’ll stop at 12hr30. It’s an ideal trip and you’ll surely enjoy the beautiful scenery of the Rufiji River with many hippos, crocodiles, and beautiful birdlife.
Go for lunch at 13hr00 and then route to Mtemere Airstrip to catch a flight at 16hr00 back to Zanzibar.
