Nyerere National Park formally known as Selous Game Reserve is Africa’s largest and oldest game reserve. The Selous’ beauty of the park is matched by the quality of safari with its widest diversity of safari activities. The maximum number coverage per vehicle will be Seven (7) and we’ll start with the transfer from the hotel to the airport, our flight will be at 07:00 AM!

Itinerary idea in detail
A pickup will be arranged from your hotel to the Zanzibar airport at 05:00 AM or 05:30 AM Based on your hotel location then fly from Zanzibar to Nyerere National Park at 07:00 AM for 50 minutes. Pick up by our guide at Mtemere Airstrip with a lunch box and water then start a game drive in Nyerere National Park.
Selous is home to a large population of elephants, a big number of buffalo and wild dogs. Other species commonly seen are lion, bush buck, impala, giraffe, eland, baboon, zebra, Kudus and Crocodile.
During the afternoon you will take lunch (01:30 PM) and advance with the game drive until evening, then take a flight back at 04:00 PM from Nyerere to Zanzibar.
End of tour.
