This safari is for those who want to experience the magic of Serengeti and Ngorongoro, but can’t spare too much time. You will be driving through the endless plains of Serengeti, and descend the Ngorongoro Crater on your way back, where you might get a glimpse of the highly endangered black rhino – all of this while surrounded by breathtaking scenery. Experience the real safari feeling while camping under the starry African sky. Accommodations can be upgraded for a surcharge. (Lodge/Tented Camp).

Itinerary idea in detail
Around 4 am, depart from Arusha and drive to the Ngorongoro entrance gate. After gate formalities, start your drive towards central Serengeti (Seronera). Enjoy wildlife viewing along the way. In the afternoon arrive at Naabi Gate and enter Serengeti. Seronera Valley supports a much greater diversity of resident wildlife than anywhere else in the Serengeti. Resident prey attracts the highest concentration of large predators in Africa (lion, hyena, leopard, and cheetah). You will partake in more game drives en-route to your dinner and overnight stay at the public campsite. Accommodation can be upgraded from camping to Taji Rest House where you can have a double room with bathroom and hot water.
Sunrise game drive in Serengeti. Return to your accommodation for breakfast. After breakfast, start your drive towards Ngorongoro Crater with game viewing on the way. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the beautiful surroundings of the park. You will partake in more game drives as you drive to your dinner and overnight stay at the Kizumba campsite.
Around 6 am, after breakfast, drive to Tarangire National Park. Proceed for a half-day game drive at Tarangire National Park with picnic lunches. We will head back to Arusha in the evening around 5 pm.
